The last time a budget was passed by the Senate, the IPad did not exist

The last time the US Senate passed anything other than a continuing resolution on a previously passed budget, the IPad did not exist.  That was more than 1000 days ago.
This is unquestionably true.

If those folks in the club of 100 are cashing their paychecks they are committing fraud.
